Uncertainty of Life
Uncertainty the word itself say that its something that is not proper or adequate for the time being. Why this uncertainty comes in our life, whats are the modes , what are the symptoms,what are the moves we required to contain, precautions, changes etc.
Why this uncertainty comes in our life?????
Uncertainty comes to our life only when we imbibes ourselves deep into the world and then at one level we actually trying to derive it from our state of mind. Here we actually trying to do something that is beyond ordinary and some sort of supernatural phenomenon which exactly we are not. We have to trust this statement affirmatively. In simple way of saying you are trying to do the work of almighty . You can call it by any name . Its according to your faith and devotion.
What are the modes?????
Modes are slightly remarkable in senses . Well if you trying to figure out something and you feel frightening for the purpose . That actually the mode of uncertainty. Likewise if you are on something statically working over it on time being then some distraction pops up on which you have or had earlier interest in past ,We can say that particular pop up is the mode of uncertainty. That particular pop up is diverting the attention span. others like text or some notifications or anything you can say. These are inevitable and that need to be absolutely notified.
What are the symptoms?????
Symptoms are can say toxicity in behaviour, Short tempered, Restlessness,Casual behaviour towards the regular priority, Lethargy, inconsistencies, ambiguity on the basic level of task assigned,etc.
Moves required to contain the uncertainty?????
Uncertainty pops up only when the idea of the action is not been worked out properly. So to contain such action we need a proper coining of the idea in our mind and discussion if possible . Accept different state of mind and ask questions about the same and before taking action you are required to have a stable and sustainable thought on that particular idea.
Precautions?????
These are the steps which you require when you are willingly not allow the uncertainty at the very first level. It can be by avoiding the pop up message or ignoring the particular distraction or refrain from being got involved with the diversions. Frankly Speaking its all about the choice we makes and that is absolutely under our conscience what we required that needs to be prioritise as per the need of the hour.
Changes?????
Alternates we can do is to make our mind still very firstly and then once the mind is calm then you have to coin the thought whether that needs to be prioritise or just keep doing what you are holding in hand. Here is the interesting thing !!!! The very first thought is the right answer for you but that's individual choice whether you ignore that or act upon. If you ignore that then you feel uncertainty for sure .
